Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United States.

How much is standard shipping?

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit.

Yes. A tracking number is provided when the order ships.

Can I cancel an order?

You may request cancellation before shipment. After shipment, the order is handled under our Refund Policy.

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receipt.

Who pays return shipping?

Boggbag covers eligible return shipping for both no-reason returns and quality-related returns. We provide a prepaid label or an equivalent free return arrangement after approval.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method and generally require 5–10 business days to process and post.
