Shipping Policy

Boggbag currently ships only to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping is provided on every U.S. order. Any optional expedited service, if offered at checkout, will display its charge before payment.

Processing and Transit

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard transit typically takes another 4–6 business days after shipment. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier interruptions, and address issues may affect these estimates.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided when the order ships. Carrier scans can take additional time to appear after the shipping confirmation is issued.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Please verify the shipping address before submitting an order. If an address correction is needed, contact us before shipment. For a delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered parcel, email ranalikon26@gmail.com so we can review the tracking and coordinate the next step.

Returns After Delivery

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receipt. Boggbag covers eligible return shipping and supplies a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement, as described in our Refund Policy.
