This policy explains payment processing for purchases from Boggbag.

About Credit/Debit Card

Eligible credit and debit cards include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Availability may depend on the options Shopify presents at checkout.

Currency and Authorization

Checkout is processed in USD. By submitting an order, you authorize the selected payment provider to validate the payment method and approve the charge. A transaction may be declined or reviewed for insufficient funds, inaccurate billing details, fraud-prevention signals, issuer restrictions, or other security reasons.

Secure Processing

Payments are processed through Shopify and participating payment providers using safeguards designed for secure transaction handling. Boggbag does not display full payment card numbers to customer-service staff.

Charges, Disputes, and Taxes

The final checkout total includes applicable taxes collected under law. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. Fraudulent use of payment methods may be reported to the payment provider or appropriate authorities.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and for your financial institution to post the credit. Return eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
